Responsibility :

• Analyse, review and evaluate sales data based on existing products with marketing indicator (4P).
• Analyse and conduct market research on new product’s potential development, and competitor benchmark.
• Produces competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors.
• Planning promotional activation in order to support sales target achievement.
• Planning, Implement, and monitor all kind of product’s activity.

Requirements :

• Maximum 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from reputable university, with IPK min 2.75
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• English Literate (speaking, writing, listening) is a must.
• Strong Strategic, logical and analythical thinking, and problem solving skill
• Adequate knowledge and experience in Digital marketing (SEO, Marketing Database, Email, Social Media, and display advertising campaign)
• Strong Business Correspondence & Intercultural Business Communication
• Possess excellent negotiation and interpersonal skill, able to communicate effectively to all level with clarity and authority
• Effective communication and presentation skills, confidently present to all level and effectively transfer a message
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to support business focused analysis and decisions
• Willing to be placed at Driyorejo, Gresik, East Java.
